We are seeking an experienced Kennel Assistant and Receptionist to join our compassionate team. If you have a passion for animals and customer service, this is an exciting opportunity to make a difference!

Positions Available: Kennel Assistant; Receptionist

Responsibilities:

Kennel Assistant:

Provide daily care and feeding for animals in the kennel
Maintain a clean and safe environment for pets
Assist in handling animals and ensuring their comfort
Monitor the health and well-being of the animals
Assist the veterinary team as needed

Receptionist:

Greet clients and handle phone inquiries
Schedule appointments and manage clinic calendars
Process client payments
Maintain accurate client records
Assist with administrative tasks and client communication

Requirements:

Previous experience in a veterinary clinic, kennel, or related animal care field is required
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to handle cats and dogs of all sizes and temperaments
Multi-tasking ability and organizational skills
Dependable and detail-oriented
Must have reliable transportation and availability to work weekends and holidays

Location: 804 Downtowner Blvd; 3250 Hillcrest Rd.
Hours: Full time
Compensation: Hourly pay based on experience
