Good morning. Between traveling today to pick up camp kids, and the wind and rain last night, our stand is not fully stocked today. We have to go through the fields to assess how the berries fared before we open for upick Saturday. We will connect with everyone if we have to cancel. Thank you!

We want to say a big thank you today to all the people that came out to pick berries today and support Montana Public Radio. We think public radio is as important as the food we grow, and we are so excited to donate $324.50, 1/2 of the proceeds from today's picking. We were just out in the fields and wow, there are a lot of raspberries!! U-pick hours this week:  Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, 9 to 11 AM (July 29, 31 and Aug 2).

Raspberries, blueberries, and flowers will be open for u- pick! Our stand is packed. We still have cherries as well as blueberries, raspberries, and sunflowers! Come and check it out!

Please  message Your RSVP. We will confirm if there are open spots. 

We believe public radio and broadcasting are very special for our Montana communities and are offering up a donation from our u-pick on Thursday.   50% of all proceeds on Thursday will be donated!

Our latest to produce, and our largest blueberry is now beginning to ripen. Last year we were picking them in late August! They survived our 1 year anniversary winds last night, and we hope all your plants, trees, and outdoor possessions are safe!

Thank to all who have come for u-pick days, and to the many we see each day stopping at our stand. Between our raspberry and blueberry plants, it has been so nice to offer u-pick and fill the stand with fruit. The bulk of our raspberries are primocanes, which start in a few weeks, and will continue to fruit until a hard freeze. We are working really hard to offer upick days every week until the end of pumpkin season. Super exciting for our farm! In the meantime, if you would like a flat of raspberries, please message us. This is unusual for us to be able to do this early, but man oh man, they're here for the picking!

Good morning from the Farm!

We still have some u-pick slots available this Thursday and Saturday morning. We would love to encourage people who are interested in picking a quantity. It is really fast picking and well worth your time! We are opening up Thursday evening as another u-pick opportunity from 5 to 7 PM. For all u-pick opportunities, Please RSVP.

Finally, our flowers are looking absolutely incredible! Come and pick some for yourself and your family and friends! Brighten your day by picking and then pass it on by gifting a bouquet!

Silver bear Orchard is on their way to deliver more rainier cherries! Don’t miss your chance for organic flathead cherries! This is the end of Silver Bear’s crop. They reported that heavy rains came through yesterday in the last 48 hours so anyone who had not picked already, lost their crop. We feel lucky to have been able to get these flathead cherries! We are sending well wishes to everyone who still had fruiit  on their trees! It is so devastating to work so hard and then to have it all disappear… farming and ranching are precarious businesses. Sigh…

I was up in the glacier area and Lise at Fat Robin messaged me out of the blue. Normally we bring you her amazing certified organic cherries. She directed us to silver bear orchard this year as she is working with wholesalers and doing her own u pick. Silver Bear is certified organic and has sold at the good food store in the past. I stopped on my way home. We have lapins and rainiers sale in our stand. Woohoo!!

Hey Everybody!! We have certified organic cherries from Silver Bear Orchard on the East Side of Flathead Lake. Alan Rogers, owner, has sold to Good Food Store in the past! We were directed to him by Fat Robin Orchard. We have Rainier and Lapin cherries in the stand. Woohoo!
$5/lb-Lapin. $6/Rainier
If you by 5 pounds $20 for Lapin and $25 for Rainier.

Staring into the bellies of the beasts. Lots of blueberries, raspberries, and flowers all week in the stand. Hiked about 8 miles up Kootenai yesterday and the Serviceberries were unlike I have ever seen them. 2025 seems to be a banner year for fruit!
