At MM, you’ll experience a high quality boarding experience where your horse’s comfort and well being come first. This opening is most ideal for an easy keeper mare, to fit the forage demands of the current herd.

Amenities include:
* Small herd size. (Two other mares at night, four during the day).
* Large irrigated pastures, rotated during the summer.
* Winter and evening drylots (picked clean daily in summer, scraped weekly in winter).
* 24/7 hay access.
* Customizable feed plans (daily ration balancer included in board pricing).
* On-site barn manager.
* Lessons & training (outside INSURED trainers welcome).
* Insulated indoor arena, and outdoor arena.
* Indoor and outdoor wash bays.
* Heated bathrooms.
* Heated tack room and individual tack lockers.
* Mandatory 2wk quarantine for incoming horses.
* Poles/blocks/standards/agility toys for arena use.
* 1 mile from Luce Line Trail access.
* 10 min drive from XC schooling & clinics.
* Office space rentals, including wifi & lounge/waiting area with refreshments. Perfect for photo shoots, professional meetings with clients, or an inspiring & peaceful place to focus on your work.

Our current boarders are an absolutely WONDERFUL group of extremely kind and compassionate equestrians, who truly love their horses and simply spending time with them! Owning horses is basically:
