✨Position available for an upbeat, hardworking team player. Liz Lund Equestrian & Copeland Farms compete and train in Eventing, Jumpers & Dressage with a focus on safety and fun and an emphasis on groundwork, manners and respect. The program includes teaching, training, competing, breeding, starting young horses, restarting OTTBs, sales, a lesson program and more! We are located in Independence, Minnesota May through Mid-October and Ocala, Florida Mid-October through April.

✨Great opportunity to join a professional, upbeat, hardworking team. Duties vary depending on location and can include feeding, barn chores, grooming, tacking, show grooming, helping exercise horses, potential for teaching lessons and selling horses, and general organization and management. Room to grow and expand as you learn. Opportunity to develop into a long term position. We are looking for a motivated and hardworking individual who is interested in improving themselves and learning more about all aspects of horsemanship and management. Flexible schedule and willing to accommodate, within reason, a school or second job schedule.


✨Compensation
Highly depends on experience - starting compensating includes housing, board for one horse, lessons and coaching, discounted clinics, trailering to shows as long as we have space, opportunity to earn money with extra jobs for clients at shows or home. Pets considered. Potential for growth into a full time career. Must have your own vehicle.

✨Candidates should have an interest in patiently and classically training in all three disciplines. Candidates should have strong basics, working toward an independent seat, a desire to improve their riding, and a desire to learn about running and managing a full-time equestrian center and career and of course a love for horses and learning.

🐎 💗 Where are my mare lovers at?! We have a variety of mares for sale from OTTB Sporthorse prospects, AQHA wp broodmares and even two 2024 AQHA wp colts available!

We start all our horses with groundwork, lunging, hacking, basic flatwork and then begin jumping. They all go both English and Western and get a good start to go in any direction 🗺️ of your choosing! Prices increase with training. Happy to take any additional photos or videos upon request!
