Meet Lyndale’s Dog of the Month for October, Trixie!!🎃

We are lucky enough to see Miss Trixie 2-3X per week, so she was EASILY in the running for this month!🧡

Here are a few fun facts about her!

🎃Her full name is Triscuit Biscuit

🎃Her favorite toys: anything squeaky (but no cloth toys as she will chew through it)🤣

🎃Her favorite treat: dental chews, but one HAS to be her dessert after meals

🎃Her favorite place to nap: on “her” bed in mom and dad’s room!😂

🎃Her best tricks: getting hoomans to do whatever she wants

We LOVE Miss Trixie (and her huggies) and wanted to share her!! 🧡

Hello everyone! We are happy to announce Downtown’s October 2026 Dog of the Month, Paisley! 🍂🎃

Paisley has been a City Paws student since April of 2022 and we have enjoyed her company every since then! Ms. Paisley was only 2 years old when she first came to City Paws and we could tell right away that she was going to be a great addition to the pack! ☺️ Our staff loves getting to see Paisley every week and learn more about her silly personality. Here are some fun facts about Paisley that we wanted to share with you all!

• Paisley LOVES to show off her million dollar smile whenever she is excited. We love seeing this big smile of hers at drop-off! 😄

• Paisley has a very special ritual for any new treats she is given. She must rub the treat on her neck till she has decided it is good enough to eat! This process could take awhile for Paisley is not very treat motivated. 🦴

• Summer is one of Paisley’s favorite seasons for multiple reasons. She lover to roll around in the nice, green grass whenever she has the opportunity! Paisley enjoys a sunny day because she knows that means she can sunbath! This is one of her favorite activities whether she is at home or at City Paws. Paisley is the ultimate summer girl! ☀️😎💕

• After a long day of daycare, Paisley likes to wind down with some snuggles, however, do not let this cuddle bug fool you. She loves to snuggle but please do not pet her unless she gives her permission first. 🥰

Having such an amazing special girl like Paisley with us at City Paws is such an honor! We have loved watching Paisley grow these past couple of years! Our staff has gotten very close with Paisley and we hope to see that smile for many more years to come. 💜 We love you, Paisley!

Hello everyone! We are happy to announce our Downtown September Dog of the Month, Huckleberry! 🫐🍁

Huckleberry has been coming to City Paws since January of 2023! Huckleberry is such a bundle of joy and is always making us smile ☺️ Our Downtown staff is very grateful to see Huckleberry every week! Here are a few fun facts about Mr. Huckleberry that we wanted to share with you all!

• Huckleberry is the squirrel and chipmunk management at home 🫡 He likes to keep all the furry creatures out of his mom’s garden!

• His favorite activity other than going on walks, is when he gets to stick his head out the car window. 🚗

• Huckleberry’s favorite treat is anything that has a nice crunch 🦴

• Huckleberry is a dog of many nicknames. Just to name a few: Huckles, Huckababy, Spin Master, Hurricane Huckle. 🌀* for context, when Huckleberry gets picked up after daycare, he goes crazy and spins in continuous circles out of excitement!

Having Huckleberry at City Paws is such a pleasure! We have really enjoyed getting to see this sweet guy open up and show us more of his silly personality! Thanks Huckleberry for all the love, smiles, and laughs. 🥹🩵
