** Foster Homes Needed!**

Oh my! There are so many dogs in need! These two Goldendoodles, "Shy-Shy and Mae-Mae are in a local pound.

They are about 1 year old, and are pretty shy/nervous, but desperate for love, attention.

They need to get cleaned up and into a home with some stability and exposure to some normal routines, and expectations.

If anyone could foster one or the other of these girls, please let us know! We would split them up to go into their own foster homes.

***Foster Home Needed***

We also have a chance to get this little girl out of this rural pound in SE Kentucky. She is 4-6 months old, mixed breed. Maybe Border Collie or Heeler mix? We aren't sure, just guessing. But I know she could start on a bright and happy future, (instead of a dead end), if we can find a foster home for her. She is a typical, happy, sweet puppy. Almond would do great in a home with other dogs to help her grow and learn, but for short term fostering, she could be solo too!

If you could foster this sweet girl, "Almond" please let us know! She would come up on a transport on June 27th.

"Just in case." Just in case there is someone out there that could foster one of these girls. They are about 1 year old, about 50 lbs (give or take a few), and were dumped in a very rural area of Kentucky where they tried to survive on their own for months. They were eventually captured and brought to an outdoor kennel but it only has 6 kennels and the fate of dogs when the kennels get full is pretty much a dead end.

We are trying to help these 3 girls, Lemon, Peach and Mango. They will be somewhat under socialized, but it is very rewarding to help an under socialized dog learn to trust and progress and grow!

Looking for foster homes for them, so we can say, "Yes" and essentially say: "Don't let them die in that pound."

***Foster Home Needed***

Little Louie is a local young bully breed. We were told could be a mix of Boxer/Bulldog/Am Staff?

What do you think? Is this just a Pitbull/Am Staff or may he have some of these other breeds in him? How can you tell? 🧐

Louie is about 5-6 months old, has lived with kids and other dogs and cats. He definitely is still a baby and needs reassurance. He is doing good on housetraining but of course needs to be let outside frequently.

He loves other dogs and would seek out another dog for companionship, leadership, etc.

He's as cute as can be, and is crate trained (a little cry, protest at first), but has been trained in a crate while previous owners were working, etc.

Louie was too fond of trying to be near their other Boxer dog who did not appreciate Louie in the home, so they reached out to rescue.

We are looking for a foster home for sweet Louie, hopefully with another dog, but he could go solo too if need be.

**Emergency Appeal!**

We are trying to see if we can get fosters for these 3 pretty little Hound mix girls, likely sisters. They were dumped in a very rural area in Southeastern Kentucky. They lived off the land for many months trying to survive by themselves.

Some compassionate advocates helped catch them and bring them to an outdoor shelter they have in this area, but they only have 9 open kennels. When they get more dogs in, they are forced to euthanize what is already there.

We are looking for foster homes up here for these girls. They would be transported here.

If we can help these girls, it not only saves their lives, it opens up a kennel space for another to try to save their life as well.

So, you would not only be saving this "one life" but potentially others.

Our biggest need is foster homes. Somewhere for these dogs to land.

We supply you with food, crate, supplies, etc. and you provide their care while they wait to be noticed (on our website, Petfinder, etc.) to be seen and adopted.

If you can help one dog, it would mean "a whole life" to them and it's hard to measure that kind of gift!

Please, let us know if you could potentially foster one of these girls. They have been dog and cat tested and are good with both
(They also have been spayed, vaccinated and given flea/tick prevention, so they are doing better now, than in in these pics).

**Temporary Foster Needed!**

We are looking for a temp foster for Chuyita June 21st-June24, while her foster goes out of town. She is only about 15 lbs and loves other dogs! She is also fine with cats.

Look at little Louie! Could he be any cuter!?

Louie is about 5 months old, and he weighs about 20-25 pounds.
He was rescued from a home up North that was basically keeping him outside. But his new owner resident dog is not accepting him.

Louie is friendly, happy, a sweet little guy that has lived with other dogs, cats and kids under 5 years old even.

We were told his mother may have been a Bulldog/Boxer mix? And dad may have been a pitbull bulldog mix? Mother is more certain.

He is on the road to being housetrained but still in the process of nailing it.

Would someone out there like to foster little Louie?

***Foster Needed***

We have been asked if we could take this boy into rescue. His name is, "Socrates," he must be really smart, wise and clever right? We have been told he is an awesome boy that is good with both other dogs and cats (see videos). Socrates is about 4 years old and about 55-60 lbs (estimate). He is housetrained and seems like an all around good boy who is good with people, other dogs and cats.

Would anyone be interested in fostering (or adopting) this boy?

Could someone out there foster this little girl!? She is coming from Lake Traverse Animal Rezcue Please let us know! It seems urgent!

URGENT! Greta is losing her foster home as of May 30th, and we have no place for her to go!
Greta- female, best guess a German Shepherd and Belgian Malinois mix. She is spayed and UTD.
She would be best in a single animal household. She is dominant over smaller animals and would take some patience acclimating to bigger dogs. She is very friendly with people.
