Marigold has been in our rescue since JUNE. She is growing up without a family of her own and that’s just not fair.

We are reducing her adoption fee to $75 in hopes she can find her forever home! She gets along great with cats and dogs. She is friendly, social, and a chatty girl.

🧀 Cheddar’s Surgery Update! 🧀

Our sweet 5 month old orange kitten, Cheddar, had his hind limb amputation yesterday and he’s already showing us what a little fighter he is. 💚

Today he’s happier, pain-free and loving his chicken flavored pain meds. 🤣 AND he hasn’t stopped purring or showering his foster parents with love. 🐾 He’s still figuring out life with the cone (who can blame him? 😅), but otherwise he’s recovering beautifully. Our surgeon also neutered him during his amputation so he won’t need to be anesthetized again!

We’re so relieved to see him thriving, but we still need your help! We’re fundraising for the remainder of his surgery balance. Only $400 left to go. Every dollar makes a difference for this brave little guy. 💕

We are back home from Blue Pearl Veterinary Hospital! Cheddar was so brave and recovered well from his sedation. Now he’s back in his foster home eating some much-deserved wet food and lounging on a blanket. He doesn’t even seem to mind the bandaging! 🐾💚

🚨 URGENT: Cheddar Needs Us NOW 🚨

This morning we brought sweet Cheddar into our rescue. We knew he’d already lost part of his leg and would ultimately become a tripod, but nothing prepared us for what we discovered. His leg is so badly injured that the bone is literally sticking out of his thigh like a chicken drumstick. 💔

Right now, Cheddar is at Blue Pearl Pet Hospital. He’s being sedated, cleaned, and bandaged to stabilize him until he can undergo a full amputation. Without this surgery, he cannot survive.

Cheddar’s emergency care today is around $700, and his upcoming amputation will likely cost at least that much, if not more. We cannot do this without you.

🙏 Please, if you can, donate right now to help us save Cheddar. Every single dollar makes a difference. He’s in pain and needs us to rally around him immediately.

We have AMAZING news... Our long-time rescue resident, Rocket, has finally found his place. He is going to joining Infinite Possibilities Dog Training to learn service and therapy work!

We are SO proud and excited for him. He is a lovely dog and we know he will have a blast on this new journey! 💚🥹
