Family Tree Animal Clinic (FTAC) is looking for a compassionate and skilled relief veterinarian to join our team, with the opportunity to grow into a part-time position! We are currently seeking coverage every other Monday and Friday, 8 AM – 4 PM.

FTAC is a state-of-the-art, paperless small animal general practice, dedicated exclusively to canine and feline care. From in-house diagnostics and surgery to digital radiology, dentistry, and ultrasound, we provide top-tier medicine while nurturing the human-animal bond in our community.

🐱🚨 Important Health & Safety Update for Cat Parents! 🚨🐱

The FDA has issued guidance on the risks of the highly pathogenic avian influenza (HPAI) H5N1 virus in cats. Both domestic and wild species are at risk. Here’s what you need to know to protect your feline friends!

🐾 Symptoms: Fever, lethargy, loss of appetite, eye inflammation, discharge, difficulty breathing, and neurological signs like tremors or seizures.

🛡️ Preventive Measures:
➡️ Keep your cat indoors to avoid exposure to wild birds and poultry.
➡️ Do not feed raw or undercooked meat, poultry, or unpasteurized milk.
➡️ Prevent your cat from hunting or consuming wild animals.

Studies show cats can contract HPAI through infected food sources, so ensure all food is thoroughly cooked or pasteurized!
