The weather has been FANTASTIC and perfect for trail riding. So we did just that! Mr. Grumpyhead didn’t want to go in the creek so we had to be brave and get feet wet. 🤣🤣🤣

Who is looking for a super cool 10 year old air fern that does it all? Black Betty is a grade pony mare that we think is Welsh with a squeak of Hackney bred into her for pulling a cart.

Black Betty may only be 13h but she will take up ALOT of leg. She would be awesome for a small adult or child who loves trail riding, pleasure riding or pulling a cart. She doesnt mind arena work either but has pronarioy been used on trails and driving.

✅ Want a cart pony?- here you go!

✅ Want to ride her English?- she doesn’t care!

✅ Do you like to hack out alone? So does Black Betty.

✅ You can rope off her & push cattle.

13h, 10 years old, UTD, barefoot with a fresh trim 8/18/25. She’s currently turned out with 2 older sheep and makes friends easily. Neat in a stall but prefers to live out. No history of founder or lameness. Very sweet disposition, easy to handle in every way, a pro for the farrier.

Very bottom of Category B. Once she fox hunts with a child 🥕 ‘s increase.

What a super day we had showing horses at the Clarke County Ruritan Fair Horse Show. We had 7 great rider/horse pairs out today. We are so proud of these students for all the hard work they put into lessons, horsemanship, turning out beautifully groomed horses and braving the August heat. Thank you to parents & family members who support their students equestrian endeavors & dreams.

Congratulations on your accomplishments today! Way to go!!

🦄🦄 🦄 HORSE SPOTLIGHT 🦄🦄🦄

ROCKY MOUNTAIN HIGH……aka DENVER is that horse you just want to take home to meet your parents. He’s that horse you pinch yourself and say “how did we ever find you?”. We think this one is pretty darn special. Part of our young blue roan posse here, he’s got grit, determination and always gives his heart in everything he tries. He made his debut in June at his first show ever and walked away with a Reserve Champion in the youth division and a handful of other pretty ribbons. This week he got to play on the XC course, taking it all in stride and never saying anything but “yes, let’s do this”. Hes just so solid for a 5 year old!

We sort of adore this spunky, big personality of a pony. We love his willingness, his solid work ethic and how he’s coming along in our program. Next up~~~> getting him out to hunt! We think he will love it.

When you literally have the best horses EVER! Just give Americana the grass and he will let you do acrobatics, canter him doing the Macarena and his humans can trust that he won’t put a foot wrong! Wonder pony! Today’s entertainment! And talk about ending in a good note- good moves Olivia!

Camp Day 3- Today was all about trail riding this morning at Blandy Arboretum. We’re so fortunate to have this beautiful venue 5 minutes down the road from us. Great rides and so much fun! This afternoon we enjoyed puppy time with the sweetest Great Dane puppies. Thank you Stacie for sharing your gorgeous pups with our group.
