High Vibe Trail Rides Needs Your Support

I’m sure many of you have seen the accusations and misinformation being spread online. We’ve stayed quiet, hoping it would run its course, but it has gone too far. It’s time to set the record straight.

Here are the facts:

On July 30th — less than two weeks before our horses were seized — a well-respected veterinarian personally evaluated every single horse on both properties and performed a health and wellness check.

Virtually every horse received an excellent body condition score. We also tested for strangles in response to the rumors that our horses were sick. All tests came back negative.

Animal Control had also been out just two weeks earlier, on July 16th, and reported that all the horses were in good condition. They confirmed that hay and water were available in every field as well as at the tie posts for all the horses.

Nothing changed in those 12 days. The horses didn’t change. The care didn’t change.

Many of the photos being circulated on social media are either not horses we own, depict injuries we have never seen before, or are being shared without important context.

The narrative being spread online that we abuse and neglect our horses is simply not true.

Please take a moment to watch the coverage from Detroit’s major news stations and look at all of the horses that were removed from both properties yesterday. See them with your own eyes. They were visibly well-fed, in good body condition & up to date on farrier.

We have documentation.
We have farrier & veterinary records.
We have lab results.
And we have the truth.

Today, I’m asking the people who know us, know our horses, have ridden with us, worked alongside us, and witnessed firsthand how much we love and care for these animals to stand behind High Vibe Trail Rides.
