🍯 What is Strained Honey? 🍯
At Willer Trading Company, we keep our honey as natural as possible — just the way the bees made it. 🐝💛

Our honey is strained, not filtered or pasteurized. That means we gently pass it through a coarse mesh (around 400–600 microns) to remove large bits of wax and bee parts — but we keep the good stuff:
🌼 Local pollen
🌿 Natural enzymes
🍯 Propolis and flavor-rich nutrients

We never heat our honey when extracting and bottling our honey, so it stays raw, unprocessed, and packed with benefits — just as nature intended.

✨ Cloudy? Crystallized? That’s a good thing — it means it’s the real deal.

Busy weekend! We went through all of our hives and gathered 51 frames of capped honey. After we get all the girls off the frames, we take the frames inside, uncap the wax and then put them into the extractor. We take turns on who gets to spin it!!
Afterwards, we put all of the frames back into the hives. Then clean up!!
We ended up with around 160 lbs of yummy raw unfiltered honey and 0 stings!!!
