A gal has a 1 year old cat named China that was attacked by her neighbors dogs a few weeks ago. China does need to be neutered along with a leg amputation, therefore he can not go outdoors where there is alot of risks that could harm him even more. China’s owner is going through health problems that is keeping her busy. China is a very sweet, affectionate fella, hoping there is a family that would take him in and help with his needs.
