Wow!! Y’all absolutely blew us away with your support this weekend. Touched and grateful doesn’t begin to describe it. Thank you! ♥️

We are currently operating on a waitlist for all after-school lessons as well as weekend lessons. I will be working hard to free up additional spaces in the next few months as I’m able to pair riders into small groups. So waitlisters- stand by!

I currently have (1) private lesson time slot remaining: Tuesdays at 9:00 am. If you’re a homeschool or hybrid-school family or an adult with flexibility in the morning and would like to snag one of those spots- please let me know.

We’re wishing everyone a happy back-to-school week next week! 🎒 ✏️

I will post an FAQ/ reminders post here on the page a few days prior to the start of our lessons (first meeting date is Monday, 08/25) and the homeschool program- so be on the lookout for that! See y’all soon!

We can’t wait to see new and familiar faces this morning from 9-11 a.m.! We’ve got the crafts lined up, treat cups ready for the critters ( 🐷 & 🐔), and donuts and coffee at the ready. Join us this Saturday, 08/02 from 9–11 AM for our Open Barn Event at our brand new location in Midlothian!

Bring the family out for a fun morning on the farm!

We’ll have:
🐴 Horseshoe crafts for the kids
🐷 Produce cups to feed the animals
☕ Coffee and 🍩 donuts for everyone!

It’s the perfect chance to meet the animals, explore the new space, and chat with Miss Molly about riding lessons, programs, or anything you’ve been curious about.

🚗 Parking will be in our front pasture – just follow the signs and balloons to find your way back to the barn.

Howdy! Wanted to post a reminder as this event is coming up quick and is a great chance to come see the farm before lessons begin at the end of August. We will have signup information on-site for those interested. An update on enrollment: heading into the school year I’ve got just (3) spots left- one Tuesday afternoon, one Thursday afternoon, and one Saturday morning. So grateful for the interest and enthusiasm we’ve received!!

Exciting projects are wrapping up! 🐴 ✨

The round pen and arena are ready to ride! Having that done feels SO good. The barn is also just about complete. Final projects before we officially “open” are tie stations, the parent viewing area & the wash rack.

We’ve had so many new enrollments this week and I’m getting excited butterflies as we approach the start of our program opening here in Midlothian. I’ve also had a few of our ATX families reach out and we cannot wait to have you out before school starts!

Sending an extra squeeze and prayer to our families down in Central TX who were impacted by the flooding this week. The news is heavy and you are on our hearts in a big way.

🐴 Exciting Things Are Happening at the Barn! 🐴

There’s a lot to look forward to at Cole Acres Farm 2.0 and we’d love for your family to be part of it! As we put the finishing touches on our new facility we’d love to keep you in the loop on upcoming dates and events. Here’s what’s we have for the calendar!

🐴 Open Barn Event – August 2nd, 9-11 am
Come meet the horses, tour the barn, and get to know Miss Molly! This free, family-friendly event is perfect for anyone curious about our program or just looking for a fun morning out at the barn. Open to interested, enrolled, or past students.

📚 Fall Lesson Enrollment – Now Open!
We have six spots left for our Fall Semester. Our program is designed for beginners and emphasizes horsemanship, safety, and fun.

🏡 Homeschool Horsemanship Series – Begins August 25th
A weekly daytime class just for homeschoolers! Learn horse care, groundwork, and introductory riding skills in a supportive, hands-on environment.

Our little herd arrived safe and sound at Cole Acres 2.0. over the weekend! We are located in Midlothian off of 287- right on the border of Waxahachie 🐴

They are settling into the new routine remarkably well and seem to be enjoying their downtime from lessons and camps. We have an exciting new lesson prospect who will be joining us on a trial basis shortly, and I will share more when he arrives.

Upcoming Dates:

⭐️ OPEN BARN EVENT ⭐️

•Saturday, 08/02
•9 am-11:00 am
•What it is: a chance to welcome new families in the DFW area and get existing ATX families together to come visit the new farm
•What we’ll do: farm tour, meet Miss Molly & the horses, horseshoe crafts

•Fall lessons will begin the week of 08/25 for DFW families. Enrollment opens 08/02.

I am SO sad that I didn’t think to snap photos tonight- we were too busy hugging!

Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for sending us out so sweetly and filling our bellies with the yummiest snacks. I’m so glad we got to sit under the arena lights with the girls giggling and playing in the background- it was the perfect last night.

I cherish each of you more than I could ever express. We love you so big, barn fam 💛 🐴
