It’s always a little surreal when I get an impromptu call from a reporter asking for an interview or my opinion on something. 🥹❤️

It’s especially exciting when it gives us an opportunity to shine a light on what we do, why we do it, and the animals behind it all. 🐴🫏

I truly love this life and everything that comes with it! What started as a crazy dream has turned into something bigger than I ever imagined. ❤️

There really should be consequences for people who make false reports about animal abuse or neglect. 🙃

So imagine my surprise when I got a call from the Midland County Fire Marshal about a report claiming an animal was being abused or neglected at Circle H Haven. Like… 💁🏻‍♀️ LOL.

We are literally an open book. You can see most of our animals from the public road, we host events, have volunteers here regularly, and constantly have equine professionals coming through.

They even drove by the property already and didn’t see any signs of anything concerning.

So our response? Come look. Anytime. We have absolutely nothing to hide.

They’ll be here next week to do a walkthrough so they can close the case.

Honestly, a false complaint says far more about the character of the person making it than it ever will about ours.

Maybe they were concerned about these guys rolling in the sprinkler last night? 😂
