If anyone is looking for a new farrier, Lucas Rawls with Rawls Iron Star Farrier Service is awesome! He’s currently taking on new clients in the Midland/Odessa area. Reliable, knowledgeable, and great with the horses.

Not only is he a great farrier, but he also gives back to the rescue and has been a huge supporter of Circle H. We are beyond thankful for people like him who support what we do and help us continue caring for these animals.

Fun fact: Do you know how much water Circle H uses every single month to keep all of our rescues hydrated? 💦🐴

Approximately 90,000 gallons of water every month!

That’s the equivalent of filling a swimming pool that’s roughly 40 feet long, 20 feet wide, and 6 feet deep 🤯

From horses and donkeys to cows, pigs, goats, and everything in between… these animals go through a LOT of water, especially during the Texas heat. Every donation and every bit of support helps us continue providing the care they deserve. ❤️

One muddy step at a time over here! We were finally able to get a drainage built today to help with all the standing water pooled in the back of the property. It’s been a mess, but we’re doing everything we can to get things back to normal faster for the animals and the rescue.

Flood cleanup is no joke, but we’re making progress little by little. Thank y’all for sticking with us through all the chaos and continuing to support Circle H Haven during all of this. ❤️

Today’s mission? Cinnamon supervising the rescue of a kid goat that somehow managed to get stuck behind cattle panels that were tied up… because apparently chaos is a daily requirement at Circle H 🐐🫏
