🐾 3 Signs Your Dog May Need More Midday Movement 🐾

Dogs don’t always tell us when they’re bored or need more activity. Sometimes the signs show up in their behavior.

**1. They’re wild when you get home.**
If your dog greets you with nonstop zoomies, jumping, or seemingly endless energy, they may have spent too much of the day without an outlet.

**2. They’re finding their own entertainment.**
Chewing things they shouldn’t, getting into the trash, excessive barking, or pacing can sometimes be signs that they need more physical and mental stimulation.

**3. They struggle to settle in the evening.**
A dog who has spent most of the day resting may suddenly be ready for activity just when you're ready to relax.

A 30min midday walk can help break up a long day for you dog. It provides more than exercise—it gives your dog a chance to sniff, explore, use the bathroom, interact with someone, and experience a change of scenery.
