If you’ve spent any time in Middletown, chances are you’ve seen Katryna around town. And if you haven’t… well, now you probably will! Delaware is like that.

Katryna is our favorite librarian/director, community event extraordinaire, familiar face at countless local events, and a true Middletown staple.

She also has 10+ years of professional pet-sitting experience and is wonderful with pets of all shapes, sizes, and personalities. She notices the little things, goes the extra mile, and is especially patient with her nervous furry friends.

We’re so excited to welcome Katryna to the Premier Paws team as our Community Representative & Senior Pet Care Professional!

Jess is a licensed veterinary technician with over 20 years of veterinary experience, including specialty care in Emergency/Critical Care, Oncology, Behavior, Radiology, and Cardiology.

She’s passionate about fear-free care and helping pet parents feel confident caring for their pets. Jess is also a certified positive reinforcement dog trainer, bringing an added understanding of behavior to her work.
