Would you like to meet Reba, Dolly, and Tanya? We have three new young chickens that are acclimating to the ranch in a safe horse stall until they get a little bigger and can join their feathered friends. In the meantime, we have named them after three legendary women in country music. They go by one name only, and if you don't know who they are, google them. If these chickens live up to their namesakes, they will be legendary in the barnyard. Chickens are fast and a challenge to keep up with through the camera lens, so enjoy this short but fun "meet the chickens" video.

Let us introduce to you the second new animal partner arrival at Hope Ranch. Mighty Mouse, aka "Mouse" is a cute-as-a-button brown bottle-fed bovine, of the cattle species, a Gelbvieh breed cross. He was a preemie calf, had some health issues when he was born, but Mouse has a big heart and a fighting spirit, and is doing fine. He was born October 26, 2024, so Mouse has a milestone coming up, his 1-year birthday.
Mouse has been shown in cattle shows and has won his share. Being a show calf, he was treated to a stall with misters and fans, so he doesn't like the hot days we're having. But Mouse is a real trooper and is adjusting to life on the ranch. He loves attention, loves rubs and brushes, even likes baths. But prepare yourself, Mouse will win your heart. Enjoy this "Meet Mouse" video and Mouse's first day in front of the cameras.

Hope Ranch has some new animal partner arrivals this week. And we would like to introduce them to our Facebook friends and followers.
Luna is the first one to meet. She is a sorrel Quarter horse mare with a golden coat that sparkles in the sunlight. Luna likes people, loves to be brushed, and will follow you around for treats. Enjoy this short video that we put together for you to meet Luna.
