Rabies is deadly — but 100% preventable.
🦝🦇🐈‍⬛ In Florida, raccoons, bats, foxes, and unvaccinated cats are the top rabies carriers. Even a healthy-looking animal can be infected.
Here’s what to do:
✅ Vaccinate your pets on schedule
🚫 Avoid contact with wild or stray animals
🥫 Never feed wildlife
🧼 If bitten: Wash the wound, see a doctor, and report the animal
Your awareness can save a life — including your pet’s.

Our Class IV Laser Therapy is up and running again with a brand-new machine! After our old unit retired, we upgraded to continue providing top-notch pain relief, inflammation reduction, and faster healing for your pets.

This wonderful mom gave birth at the Merritt Island Fire Station this week and we were asked if we could look after her and her newborn. Now, we're asking for your help in finding a permanent and loving home for the mother and baby boy! She's healthy and an excellent mother of 1 kitten. 🚑 Meet Our Newest (and Cutest) Patients! 🐣🐱

Life at the Animal Clinic is never boring, and this week we’ve got two adorable little rescues keeping us on our toes!

🐥 Meet our tiny feathered hitchhiker! This little duckling was found wandering the road solo. Thankfully, a Good Samaritan swooped in to save the day, and now this little fluffball is safe, warm, and getting VIP treatment.
🐱 Say hello to our shy little tuxedo kitten! Recently surrendered and a bit unsure of all the changes, but with some cozy blankets, yummy food, and a little TLC, we’re hoping to win this cutie over soon. (The yellow teddy bear is already on the job.)
Both are settling in and getting the care they need. Stay tuned for updates, and drop some love for them in the comments! 💕

Attention beloved pet parents!

As we celebrate the season, here are our holiday hours for the following week:

Tuesday (Today), Dec 24th: Open until 3 PM
Wednesday, Dec 25th: Closed (Merry Christmas!)
Thursday, Dec 26th: Closed
Friday, Dec 27th: Back to normal hours, 7 AM - 5 PM

We will also be closed new years day, and re open with our normal hours on January 2nd, 7 am to 5 pm.

If you have any emergencies over the days we are closed, please call Animal Specialty and Emergency over in Rockledge, or the closest emergency animal clinic near you. Animal Specialty and Emergency's number is 321-752-7600.

🐾Attention to our wonderful pet parents!🐾

Instead of our previous holiday hours today, we will be closing a tad earlier. We will be closing 12 pm instead of 3pm today. We are still closed for thanksgiving tomorrow, and re open with our normal hours on Friday, November 29th at 7 am.

🌟 We’re Back! 🌟

We’re happy to announce that our clinic will be reopening at 7:00 AM this Friday, October 10th! Our power is back on, and phone lines are up and running again after Hurricane Milton.

We hope you and your loved ones (furry and human alike) stayed safe during the storm. If you need anything, we’re here for you. Give us a call if your pets need any care, or just stop by – we’re ready to help! 🐾
