The Seminar Is Almost Here

We're so excited to have world-class decoy, Joaquim Dovat, leading our seminar here at Leerburg! We're inviting you to join us as Joaquim instructs trainers of all levels. You'll see bitework in action that'll prep you for protection training.
This seminar is great for anyone interested in protection sports like Mondioring and IPO/Schutzhund with working spots open. We also have decoy spots available as well. If registering for a decoy spot, we recommend you bring your own suit if you have one.
Joaquim has a clear goal in mind for all of his students. He'll break down exercises into smaller pieces to build clear understanding between you and your dog. He'll also demonstrate exercises you can do in your home without needing a decoy.
Learn how to read your dog clearly as Joaquim helps you develop a structured training routine according to your dog's genetics, personality, and training level.
What does a seminar day at Leerburg look like?
On Saturday and Sunday, Joaquim will lead the seminar with instruction and demos with attendees who have registered for a working spot. A typical day will roughly run from 8am in the morning to 4pm (times may vary, we'll email attendees with more info). You'll also get a break in between to get your own lunch.
Leerburg is located in an area with a great walkway. Our facility has ample parking space so you can keep your dog at your car when your dog isn't working.
