😎🐾 Rocki’s Hot Weather PSA! 🐾😎

Rocki’s rocking his shades because it’s over 100° today – and he wants to remind all his furry friends (and their humans) how to stay safe in this summer heat!

🔥 Cool Tips for a Hot Day:

🌞 Limit outdoor time – sidewalks can burn paws in the sun, and heatstroke can happen very quickly.
💧 Keep fresh, cool water available at all times.
🚗 Never leave pets in the car – even “just for a minute.”
🏡 Give them shade, fans, and keep them inside to chill.
🐶 Know the warning signs: heavy panting, drooling, weakness, or acting out of sorts can mean heatstroke – time to call the vet!

Stay cool, stay safe, and keep it paws-itive out there. Rocki says, “Hydrate, shade, repeat!” 🐕💦

🚽 RBAH Restroom Update 🚽

Well friends… our clinic toilet has officially “crossed the rainbow bridge.” 💀💧 One minute it was faithfully doing its job, the next it decided it had flushed its last flush.

The plumber says it will take a while and about $2,000 to revive this porcelain hero. That’s right—our toilet is apparently a luxury sports model we didn’t know we owned. 🏎️🚽

So, until further notice, please plan your bathroom breaks accordingly when visiting us. We’ll still provide top-notch care for your pets… but unfortunately can’t offer the same for your bladder.

Thank you for your patience while we mourn, repair, and attempt to pay off the world’s most expensive potty. 💸

This little Belgian Malinois pup is already winning hearts around the hospital 💛 From snoozing through paperwork in the office to greeting every team member with tail wags, Rooster is taking his socialization seriously!

Belgian Malinois are incredibly smart, driven, and energetic—often used in police, military, and sport work. But behind the tough reputation is a loyal, loving dog who thrives with structure, training, and a job to do. 💪🐶

We’re so excited to watch Rooster grow into the amazing working companion he’s meant to be! For now, he’s just mastering naps, charm, and regular vet visits 🐾✨

Dr. Lapova purchased and renovated RBAH in 2013. Dr. Green has been with the Practice almost 2 decades, and Dr. Leggett is enjoying well deserved retirement. We are a true family business. We don’t answer to a suit in Connecticut or corporate office in Oregon.
