Ear infection? Laser to the rescue!

Dr. Lapova and her dogs, Lola and Raven, recently traveled to Paducah, Kentucky, to begin their journey toward the prestigious AKC Rally Championship title.

AKC Rally is an advanced canine sport that combines obedience, teamwork, and precision. Teams navigate a judge-designed course featuring a variety of skills, including heeling, position changes, jumps, sends, and other challenging exercises. Courses are not revealed until the day of competition, requiring extensive training and strong communication between handler and dog.

We are proud to share that both Lola and Raven earned multiple qualifying scores and made meaningful progress toward their Rally Championship goals during the weekend’s competition. These accomplishments reflect countless hours of training, dedication, and teamwork.

A special thank you to James for handling the logistics that made the trip possible and to our incredible RBAH team for keeping things running smoothly while Dr. Lapova and her canine teammates pursued this exciting goal.

After 10 years at RBAH, it’s time to say goodbye to Nina as she begins a new adventure all the way out West.

For the past decade, Nina has been a friendly face, a calming voice, and an inseparable part of our Reception Team. She has cared deeply for our clients, patients, and coworkers, and her kindness and dedication have touched countless lives along the way.

While we will miss her greatly, we are excited for this next chapter and wish her happiness and success.

Aga is proof that fitness can be fun. Through the dedication of his handlers, Stephanie and Jon, he continues to excel in sports. This team recently added dock diving to their repertoire, and Aga is already invited to a championship! Staying active, building skills, and enjoying every leap off the dock - after a life of service, Aga is living his best retirement 💙🐾

Congratulations to Dyno and Silke for finishing their UKC Championship! Dyno is our sweet patient from Virginia and we are so proud of this team 🥹
