Gotta love spending time with the young dogs! Tons of fun watching them learn and enjoy the game!

This past weekend was our last hunt test of the year. Took a few days to wind down/reflect and take care of some things around the house & kennel.

I can say confidently that I am proud of each and every dog that has been at the kennel this year. A few new titles, a few fails along the way, but all in all a good year for us!

A huge thanks to everyone who helped us along the way. Now it’s time to start transitioning into the real deal. 29 days until Arkansas opening day! 🦆

New title! 🎉

- SHR Goose Tate -

At 6 months old he’s just a young fella… but he sure has stepped up to the occasion the last couple weekends going 4/4 in started earning him his title! Very proud of this little guy! And to make it sweeter his family was able to come watch him in action at the South Arkansas HRC test this weekend. He sure was excited to see them!!

Huge thanks to Cody Tate for trusting me with Goose!

Another dog is home for the season. Huge thanks to Jathan Wright for trusting me with R***r!

This dog here holds a special place in my heart. He showed up last year for training as just a trial because he was washed out of another trainers program. Within short time he proved to us that he had the potential, but just needed some extra care and time spent 1 on 1. He’s turned into an amazing retriever, passed a few tests this year, and hopefully will continue to campaign for titles next spring.
Very proud of R***r!!
