Located at 1120 W Kansas Ave, McPherson, KS, under the leadership of Dr. Mark Handlin, a Kansas State Vet College alum practicing since acquiring the clinic in 1992.
A close-knit team of six full‑time and several support personnel, Kennel Manager, technicians, and assistants. We offer cutting-edge diagnostics (digital x‑rays, ultrasound, in‑house lab) and paperless, app-integrated communication (Vello)
🎯 What You’ll Do
Serve as the friendly first point of contact for clients and their pets
Manage phones, appointment scheduling, confirmations, and reminders via email/text/app
Check in/out patients, handle payments, and maintain records
Notify veterinarian and techs of arrivals, emergencies, or urgent cases
Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming
✅ Qualifications
HS diploma or equivalent; veterinary or medical admin experience preferred
Exceptional communication skills and calm empathy for pets and pet owners
Proficiency with computers and scheduling systems; ability to learn clinic software quickly
Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
