You have likely met Panda if you are a client of ours; she is often hanging out behind the front desk. Here is a little update on her! 😍

We wanted to share this photo of Panda with her family! For those who followed Panda's story, we are beyond grateful to this wonderful foster, now forever, family for helping us save this young dog's life. It was a long road to recovery, but look at her now! She is loving life in her wonderful home.

For those unfamiliar with her story, here it is:

Panda came to MCPAWS Veterinary Hospital in 2024 after being attacked by another dog in her home. She was just a young puppy, barely hanging on when she first arrived. She was surrendered to MCPAWS to ensure her safety and guarantee she would get the life-saving medical care she needed. Panda has had x-rays, c-scans, oxygen therapy, treatments for her lacerations, her damaged eye was removed, and she needed surgery to repair damage to her nose. Panda's medical expenses were over $6,000, all covered by MCPAWS and our generous supporters.

She was fostered by MCPAWS Veterinary Hospital Veterinary Technician Sunny, where she received the 24-hour care she needed during her long recovery. Sunny and her family have officially adopted Panda, and today she is living her best life!
