Kentucky Derby Day! One of the biggest days of horse racing. Louisiana is well represented. Louisiana horse racing is on the up swing! Great horses all over the state. The mare pictured in this post stands in Maurice, LA. Red Jewel by Texas Red/ Bridge Game by Giant's Causway. She is in foal to Coal Front, the sire of #16 Coal Battle. Coal Front stands at Adcock's Red River Farms in Coushatta, Louisiana. Coal Front is also majority owner by a good friend from Erath, LA.
