Gemma working on recall. Ways to make this fun 1) have safety in place, allows you to be relaxed 2) be fun to come to, even if they don’t come to you right away 3) have yummy treats, only phase out treats when you’re consistently successful for a few weeks in each environment

🩷💙Our sweet little Jilly delivered 8 puppies yesterday! Jilly is our Heartworm positive mommy who arrived at our facility through the Paws of War program. Jilly was rescued from a hoarding case with over 200 dogs. She will spend the next 2 months in a foster home raising her puppies. Once her puppies are weaned (yes, they will be available for adoption at that time ~ not for 2 months, don't call now 😁) she will undergo an aggressive treatment for Heartworm. We want to thank Niki and Angelique from the Paws of War program for their assistance. We are still accepting donations on her behalf. Thank you to everyone who has donated to help save this very sweet girl.
