We attended The Albany Obedience Club's scent work trials held at SUNY Cobleskill this past weekend. We had a fantastic weekend with Hemmings Cournoyer and the Moonstone gang as always.
We stayed at a nice Airbnb with a creek in the backyard that was dog friendly and very private.

Rune- Wayout's An Echo In the Bone RN BCAT SCN ATT FITG FTN FDC CGCA CGCU VHMP VHMA can now add SIN and SEN to her name as she finished both titles this weekend with a 6th and 8th place in some nice searches. She is becoming more confident in her alerts and I am pleased with her progress.

Kai- Blue Kyanite at Foxake RI SWN FITG FTN CGCA CGCU ATT TKI VHMP VHMA BCAT had a slow start to the weekend and was a bit too excited to settle down and work effectively. Sunday however he was all business and got right to work earning his first advanced leg in interiors with a 4th place out of 28 dogs.

Reign- Jemesa n Foxake's Unstoppable Element was the star of the weekend, earning five new titles. She finished her SINE, SENE, SWNE, SCA, and SBA.
I ran her in all four classes on Saturday and she qualified in everything but advanced buried. On Sunday I had a conflict with running Rune in novice interior and exterior so Debbie handled Reign for me, winning the interior novice B class, and getting her last qualifying leg in novice exteriors to finish that elite title and her overall sent work novice elite title.
Many congrats to Debbie on her spectacular weekend and wins with Sherwins Kara as well.

What a weekend trying fast cat at NCKC in Clayton, NY. This was the club's first time holding the event and our first time attending one what a great time we had!

Kai was as always a rockstar, he has never done this before not even for a practice run. We're consistently in the seven and eight second brackets, fastest time 26.12 mph!

Rune has done a couple fun runs before decided she really likes this and ran some really nice times in the 8 and 9 second brackets with a top speed of 25.22 mph.

Reign had a great time and ran some really nice 10-second runs and today her last run got into the 9 second bracket . Fastest time of 20.85 mph

Saturday Reign - Jemesa n Foxake's Unstoppable Element RA ATT SWN SCNE SBNE CGCA CGCU FDC TKA VHMP VHMA FITG was BBE/WB/BOW/BOS for a 3pt major handled by Debbie Cournoyer.
Rune - Wayout's An Echo In the Bone RN SCN ATT FDC FITG CGC CGCA CGCU TKA VHMP VHMA won her open class and was RWB handled by Barry Cuzzola

Sunday Rune was WB/BOS for a 3 pt major and was handled by Debbie Cournoyer.

SLVDC rally trials, Westville, NY. Timbre's first trial! Novice b, 4th place with an 88. This one was particularly special to me as timber is completely deaf and I have only worked with him a handful of times and this was roughly the third time he had ever seen a rally course.

Kai won his intermediate class on Saturday and had a qualifying run Sunday.

Rain had to qualifying runs in advanced just out of the ribbons both days.

I had to pull Rune from the trial due to her coming in season.

Weedsport, NY Onandaga Kennel club scent work trial. Kai finished his novice interior, exterior and SWN title. Reign picking up novice elite legs towards the overall elite.
