2/26/30 - 1 month to the day later, we have Alder back, but not how we wanted. He had been hit 30 miles away in the Stuart/Critz area. Thank you to everyone for all the shares/calls/support. We really appreciate it.

VDOT knocked my front fence over pushing snow, and now one of my dogs has been gone since 1pm 1/26/26 (yesterday).
Please let me know if you see an all white male Pyrenees. Around 100 #. He is UTD on all his vaccines and microchipped, with a collar with my info on it. Alder is his name, but he probably won't come to you. Please let me know if you see him and where, so I can collect him. Local ACO and surrounding counties and shelters have my report as well. He's a nice boy, so don't worry if you see him ❤ Missing from Stoney Mountain Rd., Martinsville VA, close to the 57 side.
Still missing as of 1/28/26 11am. We have driven and called everywhere for miles, multiple, multiple times. Help us get our boy back. Please 😞

Still no sightings 1/29/26 515 pm.
We did have a thermal drone service come out and clear several hundred acres with no luck on 1/29/26 @ 11pm. Big shout out to Carolina Crosshairs for coming out.

Still missing 1/31/26. 8am. We need our boy back. His friends and his sheep also miss him. I added a side shot so you can see what a big stocky guy he is.
Still missing 2/1/26.12 pm. I know this weather won't bother him, but I worry with how many meals he is missed. Come home buddy.
2/2/26 10am - Groundhogs day and it feels like the movie. Just days of you being gone still 😞

Still missing 2/4/26 730pm.
2/6/26 - I'm now certain he is still hanging around the woods around the farm. He's been seen on camera heading towards a very unpoulated area. I've been tracking him. Please call if seen and I'll get there as fast as I can. Thanks.
2/7/26 - I tracked him as far as I could before losing sight of prints. No idea where he gone to. I had the thermal drone come back out with no luck. Please keep sending me leads 😞
2/8/26 10am - no new leads. He has decided to be a ghost again.
2/8/26 930pm update - was spotted on 57 again and approached a vehicle.
2/9/26 12am - no sign.
2/9/26 12pm - back in hiding again. Keep an eye out along 57 for him.
2/10/26 5am - no sightings again
2/11/26 5am - no sightings overnight again.
2/12/26 10am - no new information again.
2/13/26 830am - no new reports. He could potentially be any where. Please keep sharing. We are devastated.
2/14/26 - no confirmed sightings in days. Come home buddy.
2/15/26 - a nice lady potentially saw him on her way to church on Mountain Valley. We searched and called for a few hours with no luck. Please keep sharing - we appreciate all tips!
2/16/26 - I did find a smaller framed pyr cross over on Mountain Valley at 11pm last night. No Alder 😞 our cameras have not captured any sign either. Thanks for sharing.
2/17/26 - nothing.
2/18/26 - no news at all.
2/19/20 - passed out some more flyers. No news.
2/20/26 - possibly seen by Mountain Valley rd and 57 by Dollar General
2/21/26 - no new information or sightings
2/22/26 - no confirmed sightings. Big thanks to Justin who came out and did another drone survey over several miles.
2/23/26 - a few scattered reports of pyrs but none that seem to be him. We have been following up on everyone's leads and are so appreciative!!
