These sweet, friendly drakes are looking for a home. All of their buddies/siblings have been adopted but left these boys on their own. Darkwing is a Rouen and Ricky is a Pekin. They would like to find their furever homes before the spring weather breaks. It's World Spay Day today!!!!

World Spay Day is an annual campaign that promotes spaying and neutering as the proven and effective means of combating the dog and cat overpopulation crisis in an attempt to save more lives. At least three million adoptable cats and dogs are euthanized in the U.S. each year because they don’t have homes — numbers largely attributable to unplanned litters that could have been prevented by spaying or neutering.

Meet Pickle.........a 1.5-year-old female cat who has already shown incredible strength! Rescued from another shelter, Pickle faced a battle with Spindle Cell Sarcoma, a malignant cancer that formed growths on her spleen. But thanks to her resilience and some dedicated care, she underwent successful surgery to remove the tumors, and she's been carefully monitored ever since. The best part? She's cancer-free!

No immediate follow-up care is needed, just annual check-ups at her future vet. Pickle is now looking for her forever home. She's as sweet and lovable as they come, and she can't wait to share her affection with her new family.
