Is Halloween your favorite holiday? Ours too! Our cat adoption room is a little late to the party, but it’s rocking a full Halloween color theme this week. 👻🧡 Come adopt one of these beauties—adult cats are just $25 and kittens are $50 all week!

Our little shelter has been overwhelmed with strays, we are full with a list of others waiting to come in.

We need your help, we need fosters, and we also want to know if anyone recognizes any of these animals.

The shelter will be closed tomorrow, Saturday Nov 15th. We will reopen Monday morning at 10 am.

Temps are dropping and winter is officially here! 🥶 Please make sure any outdoor dogs and cats you care for have fresh, dry straw in their dog houses/cat shelters - NOT blankets as they stay wet and wood shavings/chips do not insulate as well as straw does. Straw bales can be purchased for $6-$8 a bale at various locations such as in Mars Hill, in Marshall, and in Alexander. If you are unable to afford straw for your outdoor animals please come by the shelter anytime and pick up some bagged straw from our parking lot - 1 bag per dog house.

Found Stray on 10/31 on 212 near the Carmen Church of God/Big Creek Rd. Seems like he is used to being indoors and we’d like to find his owner! Please share or let us know if you recognize this dog!
