Due to very high heat again tomorrow, K9-5 will be closed Wednesday. We will have many openings for Thursday if dogs would like to come then! Keep pups cool 🐾 we are sorry for the inconvenience, we just want dogs safe!

🇺🇸🐾 Holiday Reminder for the K9-5 Pack 🐾🇺🇸
Just a friendly reminder that we will be CLOSED on Friday, July 3rd
We wish everyone a safe, happy, and fun-filled Independence Day!

As many of you know, fireworks can be stressful for our pets. To help keep your pups comfortable during the holiday weekend, we recommend:
🐶 Filling any medications BEFORE the holiday, as veterinary offices and pharmacies may have limited hours.
🦴 Keeping your dog busy with enrichment activities such as:
• Lick mats with peanut butter, yogurt, or pumpkin
• Frozen Kongs stuffed with treats
• Puzzle bowls and treat-dispensing toys
• Long-lasting chews
• Snuffle mats for scent work and mental stimulation

Create a calm environment by closing curtains, turning on a TV or fan for background noise, and providing a cozy, secure space where your pup feels safe.
We hope you and your four-legged family members have a wonderful holiday weekend. Stay safe, enjoy the celebrations, and give your pups an extra belly rub from us! 🇺🇸🐾
