Cristin Kyle is a Master Certified Natural Horsemanship Trainer, certified by Ken McNabb Horsemanship, who believes in building trust, respect, and confidence in both horses and riders. Teaching how to build a better relationship is the foundation of her training methods. From the ground up through the saddle, she strongly believes this is the basis of safety with horses. Working with horses and p

eople from any discipline, she believes that your saddle choice should not change the core of your training nor should it affect your relationship with your horse. This is how she came to name her business Stable Relationships. Cristin believes in continuous learning, from professionals and students. Each horse has something to contribute as well, as they are our best teachers. She understands and respects that both you and your horse are individuals and should be treated as such. In her opinion there is no ‘cookie-cutter’ method for every individual or horses or ‘30 day miracles’. Cristin helps riders learn to better read their horses on the ground, from head to tail – there is a lot to be said in their expressions alone. This transfers to saddle work as well, and helps build a more responsive horse. She also teaches riders to feel their subtle movements as often as possible to create a better release point, horses learn from the release of pressure and riders should learn to give to a horse as quickly as possible. Breaking down the more complicated tasks for you and your horse to bring it back to a place where you both can be successful, are the building blocks for success. Cristin wants you to leave feeling better about yourself, your horse, and both of your abilities combined, whether it is through her training, a clinic or a riding lesson on one of her horses. Cristin is based in a beautiful horse region, Summerfield, North Carolina with easy access to the Triad and surrounding areas. She is very willing to travel further if that means helping you! Both of our barns are full of The NibbleNet Hay Bag hay nets, they are our favorite hay nets for in the stalls and on the trailer! The horses love them! They hold an ample amount of hay, although they come in varying sizes with different size holes too, they are made of amazing quality materials and Deb is fantastic! If anyone needs some new nets go consider her nets, they are well worth the investment!

This opportunity is available for 2025!

Stable Relationships has some onsite lease horses available in Madison, NC. Leases come with lessons, access to our outdoor dressage arena, round pen, trails, and obstacles! The horses vary in what they need, but we would prefer to find at minimum advanced beginners to intermediate riders. More advanced riders are welcome as well! There is potential for attending local shows, potentially Western Dressage Worlds (and out-of-state WD shows) if desired, obstacle competitions, and access to additional opportunities as well! These include but are not limited to outside-approved trainers, clinics, and more!

Additionally, our clients have available equines for lease, some on our farm and others off-property.

The farm is a small and quiet facility with no drama and we look forward to keeping it that way and adding some barn family members! The potential to work off some extra riding is available to the right person.

There is the possibility of just groundwork and grooming leases if desired! Or if you want to learn more about horse care that can also be arranged.
