Don’t forget that tomorrow is our Trunk or Treat from 3-5pm in our parking lot!
We are so excited to have some Halloween fun with the community. In addition to trick or treating, we will have our goats out for a little petting zoo, a spooky scavenger hunt and a coloring contest!
We will have a few of our rescues walking around occasionally so that they can join in on the fun.

This is a free community event, we will be accepting donations for the rescue.

There’s nothing we love more than receiving updates and photos from our adopted rescue families! Our hearts are overflowing seeing our sweet Waffle girl finally settled into her new home with her brothers and sisters. After being our longest resident for over two years, watching her thrive brings us so much joy!

But our mission doesn’t stop here. Our rescue is currently at full capacity, and so many deserving dogs are still waiting for their chance at a forever home. We’re calling on our amazing community of animal lovers to help us spread the word—because every share truly makes a difference. A kennel is no place for a dog to spend their life, and together, we can give them the loving homes they deserve.

Introducing the newest additions to our rescue! Meet Tiller (tan) and Truck (Merle)!
These girls were found wandering and hungry by the Dolton Fire Department, hence their names.
They are estimated to be between 6-8 months old, catahoula/pitty mixes.
These sweet girls love to be the center of attention and the life of the party.

They will be ready for new homes as soon as they are vetted, spayed and up to weight!

This is Cinnamon!
Our newest rescue pup came to us unexpectedly after what was supposed to be a weekend boarding and due to unfortunate circumstances, she lost her home.
She’s an itty bitty pittie mix, around 7 years old and so well behaved. She’s as happy as can be around people and will do anything for a cookie 🍪
Cinnamon will be ready for adoption as soon as she gets her work-up at the vet ❤️

That’s how long Waffle has been waiting at our rescue for that one person to come in and fall in love with her.
726 days in a kennel. 726 days without a family to call her own. 726 days.. waiting.

And we don’t know why. Waffle would be the PERFECT family dog. She has just enough energy to keep up with the kids and just enough chill to hang out on the couch at the end of the day.
She’s house trained and knows basic commands.

All she asks is for lots of love, a few treats and a spot to sun bathe.

Come visit her and see for yourself how wonderful of a dog she truly is.
