Happy Earth Day! 🌎 🌳
Let’s paws 🐾 for a moment and appreciate this beautiful planet we share with our furry, feathered, and finned friends!

We’re not only passionate about pet care—we’re also committed to being kind to the Earth. From reducing waste ♻️ in our clinic to supporting eco-friendly pet products, we believe a healthier planet means happier pets!

Celebrate Earth Day with your pet by:
🌱 Taking a walk and picking up trash (paw-sitive impact!)
🪴 Using biodegradable p**p bags
🌼 Donating old pet gear instead of tossing it
🌳 Choosing toys made from recycled or sustainable materials

Let’s work together to keep tails wagging and Earth thriving!

Happy Valentine’s Day! ❣️

🚨 Chocolate is for You, Not Your Pet! 🚨

Valentine’s Day is all about love, but let’s keep it safe for our furry friends! 🍫❤️ While chocolates, candy, and even certain flowers make great gifts for humans, they can be toxic to pets.

🚫 Dangerous Valentine’s Treats for Pets:
❌ Chocolate – Contains theobromine & caffeine, which are toxic to dogs & cats.
❌ Xylitol (in sugar-free treats) – Can cause life-threatening drops in blood sugar.
❌ Alcohol – Even small amounts can be dangerous.
❌ Certain Flowers – Lilies (toxic to cats), tulips, and more can be harmful.

🐾 Keep treats and flowers out of paws’ reach! If your pet ingests something toxic, contact your vet or a pet poison hotline immediately.

Show love by keeping them safe! 💕 Share to spread awareness!

Brrrrr! It’s definitely getting cold outside!❄️

As temperatures drop, it’s vital to bring your pets inside to keep them safe and warm.

🐕 Limit Outdoor Time: Only let your pets outside as needed. Just like humans, dogs and cats are susceptible to hypothermia and frostbite, and can lead to serious injuries or illnesses. If you notice your dog shivering, moving slowly, or continuously lifting its paws off the ground, bring them inside immediately. If you own a working cat, ensure they have access to warm, dry, and safe shelter, and access to unfrozen water. All in all, bitter freezing temps are a great reason to cuddle with your furry friend inside!.

🐾 Protect Those Paws: Ice melt and frozen sidewalks can be harsh on sensitive paws. Consider using pet-safe paw balm or booties to prevent irritation.

💧 Stay Hydrated: With the heat cranking at high in our homes, ensure your pets have access to fresh water, as hydration is just as important in the winter!

📞 If you are concerned for an unattended pet outdoors, please call your local animal control.

Our pets rely on us to protect them, so let’s keep them safe and warm this weekend.

Happy New Years Eve! We will be closed tomorrow, January 1st, 2025!

As New Year's Eve can be a stressful time for our pets, here's how to make them feel safe and comfortable throughout the festivities:
🎉Wear them out this afternoon by going for a walk or play time.
🎉Make sure they have a safe place in the house to go.
🎉Play music or turn on the TV to drown out the sounds made by fireworks.
🎉If you know your pet is fearful of fireworks, make sure to give them their anti-anxiety medications. We recommend giving these meds at least 2 hours prior to any fireworks starting.
🎉Make sure your pet's microchip and any other identifications are up to date with your current phone number and address in the event your pet escapes.

If you have a pet emergency, please call one of the following:
