We are currently open for regular business hours; however, we have instituted some precautions to keep our foot traffic as low as possible.

If you have an appointment scheduled, please call us at 850-784-6914 when you arrive in the parking lot. A technician will be out to es**rt you and your pet into an exam room, as soon as one becomes available. We are asking that 1-2 human family members enter the clinic with each pet, if possible.

If you will be dropping your pet off with us, please also call us at 850-784-6914 when you arrive, so that a technician can bring paperwork to you, and admit your animal into the hospital directly from your car.

If you have come to pick up medications, supplies, food, or prescriptions, please let us know over the phone (850-784-6914) what you need, and we'll gather everything together, and deliver it straight to your car.

If you do not feel comfortable driving to our clinic during these uncertain times, we completely understand, and ask that you please call us at 850-784-6914! We can navigate your needs together, so that your four-legged babies still receive the care they deserve.

Another hurricane Michael update: We ARE operating normal business hours, but are working off of one cell phone in the office. Please be patient with us as we continue to find new ways to serve our patients better. If you are having a hard time getting through on our phone line, please feel free to stop by or keep trying to call. We appreciate all of your support during our recovery efforts!

Great news; we are now back in the office full time! Our power has been restored, however, our phone system and internet services are still down. Please stop by with any questions or concerns. We are happy to take walk-in patients! Our normal business hours are M-Th from 8-12 and 1-5, then on Friday from 8-12 and 2-5.

Update: Dr. Focke will be at the clinic on Monday, from 8am till 12noon! We have no idea if we will have power, and we do not expect to have access to our computer records. We also do not expect phone service at this point. We would love to see anyone who needs help for their pets, and we will do what we can to get everyone taken care of efficiently. Please continue to be patient with us as we all continue to recover in the coming weeks.

If anyone needs refills, it would be very helpful if you bring your medication bottles with you to the clinic.
