There have been more than enough no-shows lately, and it’s becoming an issue. Each missed appointment affects my schedule, my ability to book other clients, and most importantly—my income. This is how I make a living, and it’s incredibly disappointing and disrespectful when time is blocked off and clients don’t show up.

Per my policy, the full grooming fee will be required for any no-show appointments. I truly appreciate your support and understanding, and I ask that you please respect my time by showing up or giving proper notice if you need to cancel.
