We've been fostering beautiful and sweet Senior Husky Chickadee for over two months and she is a dream- so gentle and SO affectionate. She LOoOoVES kisses and enjoys being close to people so she can get all the attention! She knows her sit and shake commands, loves to take strolls in the neighborhood, and walks nicely on leash. Chickadee can be a little mischievous, but honestly it's so darling and she is a husky after all!!

If you're looking for a calm, super loving companion, maybe Chickadee is the senior for you!!

🎉 UPDATE-Maggie found a foster home! She was spayed today and will be picked up tomorrow**

**URGENT**MUST EXIT 6/14 BY 4 PM**

Meet our beautiful brindle girl Maggie. This sweet, gentle girl is happiest taking life at her own pace. She loves spending time with people, enjoys petting, and will happily roll over for belly rubs. Maggie enjoys leisurely walks where she can stop and sniff. She could use some leash work because she will pull when she spots something she wants to investigate. Maggie enjoys stuffy toys and knows her sit command. Since she is dog selective, Maggie may be happiest as the only dog in the home. If you're looking for a calm, affectionate companion who will gladly join you for walks and quiet time together, Maggie may be the perfect match.

Introducing our gentle sweetheart Mabel. She prefers people over toys and likes to keep you company. She thoroughly enjoys being petted and rewards you with kisses. She knows her sit command and walks great on leash. In playgroups she is dog selective and does not like cats.

Her foster had to return her because she didn’t get along with her cat but she shared:
Mabel was my favorite foster and has the most beautiful heart and loves to cuddle with you. She is great with kids as young as two years old. During walks in our neighborhood, she was enthusiastic to greet new people and leaned right into her new friends to seek out affection and ear rubs. She is completely potty trained, crate trained with treats, is quiet, no barking. Just a gentle, sweet soul.

Sadly, she was bred over and over. We really hope someone gives her the life she deserves. Mabel is truly special and once you meet her you will want to take her home.

Meet Amber! Don't let her photos fool you—Amber is a petite little girl with adorable short legs and an even bigger heart. This sweet, tender pup is all about human connection. While she may be a little wary at first, once she's out, all she wants is to be close to her person.

Amber is a total cuddle bug who loves sitting on laps, leaning in for affection, and soaking up all the pets she can get. She's happiest right by your side and would gladly trade toys for snuggles any day. She takes treats gently, seems to know sit, and has the cutest little run when she gets excited.

Amber would be happiest as the only dog in the home. She was surrendered after a nipping incident involving a child, so an adult-only home or one with older teens would be the best fit for her.

If you're looking for a devoted little love bug who wants nothing more than to cuddle, be close to her person, and share quiet companionship, Amber is ready to steal your heart.
