It’s my personal favorite day of the week, celebrating our staff! Today we meet who is a dedicated part of our support staff, lesson program and care team! Meet Mary!
MARY PEZZULO
Saturday Lesson Facilitator
Growing up in New York, I discovered my love for horses at age 10 during my first summer at a horse camp. Years of riding lesson horses across different programs deepened my appreciation for these hardworking animals, who make horseback riding accessible to so many. That’s one of the reasons I love working at Triple Creek Ranch—our lesson horses receive exceptional care and the respect they deserve for the vital role they play.
In college, I stepped away from horses to pursue rugby at the highest level. While in law school, I earned a spot on the Glendale Raptors, a semi-professional women’s premier league rugby team in Colorado. Coaching youth rugby during that time ignited a passion for teaching and ultimately led me to a career as a physical education teacher. After retiring from rugby, I reconnected with my equestrian roots and found my way back to the barn. At Triple Creek Ranch, I’m dedicated to training, supporting lesson programs, and continuing my journey in eventing.
Whether I’m caring for horses, pushing myself physically, or mentoring students, I’m committed to staying active, building connections, and sharing my passions with the community.
