As flowers bloom, so do risks for our pets, with plenty of opportunity for them to breathe in particles, scratch an eye, poke a paw, or even get snagged by a branch or thorn, all of which could potentially lead to infections.

Infections can be sneaky subtle—If your pet is not acting right and you are not sure what it is, get them checked! Like with most conditions, the sooner we treat an infection, the better your pet will feel.

Today is National Hamburger Day, but your pet doesn’t need the drive-thru version to feel included.

In fact, many classic burger ingredients—like onions, garlic, and heavy seasoning—can upset their stomach (or worse). The good news? You can still treat them—just a little differently. Think:

🚫 No added salt, spices, or toppings

❤️🐾 After many wonderful years caring for our patients and clients, Dr. Kulhanek has made the decision to step away from Crossroads to pursue new opportunities and spend more time with her family.

Veterinary medicine has always been more than a career to Dr. Kulhanek — it is truly her passion and a calling she holds close to her heart. This next chapter simply allows her the opportunity to explore new endeavors while creating more balance in her personal life.

We are incredibly grateful for the compassion, dedication, and expertise she has shared with our team and community over the years. She has touched the lives of so many pets and the people who love them, and her impact here will not be forgotten.

While we are saddened to see her step away from her role at the practice, this is certainly not goodbye — it’s simply a “see you later.” You never know when you may see Dr. Kulhanek back at the practice working a shift or two… or maybe even three!

Please join us in wishing Dr. Kulhanek all the best in this exciting new chapter. She will be greatly missed! Her last official day with Crossroads will be July 29.❤️🐾

We’re excited to offer expanded hours and increased appointment availability to better serve our clients and patients. 🐾
🕗 Our new schedule:
• Monday–Wednesday: Appointments available from 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• Thursday: Appointments available from 7:30 AM – 8:00 PM
• Friday: Open 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
To help accommodate more patients, we’ve added additional doctor availability during evening hours.
🚑 We are also now offering same-day urgent care appointments for both current and new clients.
Appointments can be booked online or by calling the office. If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out! 💙
