We hope everyone had a wonderful Memorial Day! 🇺🇸
Friendly reminder that tomorrow, 5/26, the shelter will be CLOSED for the first day of renovations!
We also want to remind the community that the Clinton County SPCA is currently NOT available for any dog-related matters, including intakes or stray dogs. With no kennels available, we unfortunately have no placement options at this time. We ARE still able to assist with social media sharing and microchip scanning.
A smaller update regarding cats and kittens — feline intakes are currently being accepted on a case-by-case, priority basis only. In just the last two weeks, we have welcomed 20 new feline friends, including MANY tiny kittens who must remain in foster care until they reach proper adoption age.
Donations may still be dropped off at the shelter door and are always greatly appreciated during this time.
