r priority to provide rapid and accurate solutions to your pet's problems and always provide the most educational and knowledgeable resources for our clients. Our office hours are 7 am to 6:30 pm Monday to Friday, and 8 am to 11:30 am. Appointments are scheduled from 8:30 am to 6:30 pm during the week and 8 am to 11:30 am on Saturday.

🐾 Today’s Tuesday spotlight is on the person who keeps Pine Creek Veterinary Associates running seamlessly from behind the scenes — our Office Manager, Rebecca Lehman!

A native of our area, Rebecca has been part of the Pine Creek Vet family since 2010. With a strong background in animal care and leadership, she is the organizational heartbeat of the clinic, coordinating schedules, supporting staff, managing operations, and making sure every client and patient experience is smooth, warm, and efficient.

Rebecca is a Certified Veterinary Technician, having graduated from Harcum College, and she also holds a bachelor’s degree in animal bioscience with a minor in equine science from Penn State University. Her combination of medical expertise and administrative skill makes her an invaluable leader within our team.

She resides in Williamsport with her husband, their daughter, and their two miniature dachshunds, Boyd and Paisley, who bring plenty of joy (and doxie mischief!) to their home.

We are incredibly grateful for Rebecca’s dedication, professionalism, and the heart she puts into keeping Pine Creek Vets running smoothly every single day. Help us celebrate her this week! 💙

Attention Zoetis Reward Members:
Recently, Some of our clients have raised concerns about difficulties submitting rebates. Here are some key factors to help:

1) Make sure ENTIRE invoice is included (must have "Invoice balance due" line along with "Patient subtotal" line). You may need to upload multiple images for all pages to be included.

2) Product purchased and product you select online need to be the same item. (i.e. Simparica IS NOT THE SAME as Simparica Trio, Apoquel IS NOT THE SAME as Apoquel Chewable)

3) The name of your pet that product was purchased under, needs to match the name on your Zoetis Rewards account. You may need to make a profile for each one of your pets.

Rebates can be submitted for the following Products:
Librela
Apoquel & Apoquel Chewable
Simparica & Simparica Trio
Revolution
Solensia
Rimadyl (Tablets/Chewables)
Cerenia (for dogs only, tablets only)
Convenia (injections, dogs only)

📱🐾Today’s Tuesday spotlight features one of the friendly, welcoming voices of our front desk — Danielle Love!

Born and raised right here in Lock Haven, Danielle is a proud Central Mountain graduate and has been part of the Pine Creek Veterinary Associates team since 2015. As a receptionist, she helps guide clients through appointments, answers questions with kindness, and makes every visit feel a little brighter.

Danielle is a devoted mom to four children — two girls and two boys — and recently added another joy to her life: her granddaughter. Her home is also full of furry family members, including four cats, two Beagles (Daisy and Duke), and a Labrador retriever named Nelli. 🐾

When she’s not helping clients at the clinic, Danielle loves playing outside with her kids and granddaughter, and spending quality time with friends and family.

We’re grateful for Danielle’s warmth, patience, and the positivity she brings to our front desk every day. Help us celebrate her this week! 💙
