Hi everyone! Phillip here! 🥰

My foster mom keeps telling me that someday I'll find a person that wants me to be a part of their family. I keep waiting patiently and am always on my best behavior in case my new family comes to meet me. I know they're out there!

Can you help me find them? Maybe you know an extra special person that would love a handsome cat like me. ❤️

Phillip is about 6 months old, neutered, microchipped, and dewormed. He is blind in his right eye; he was examined by a veterinary ophthalmologist that didn't expect him to have any long term issues related to this. He doesn't need any medication for his eye, just yearly checkups at a vet to monitor it. ☺️ Please reach out to us if you're interested in learning how to adopt Phillip!

Please give a warm welcome to Kindred Spirits Rescue newest members. ❤️

These sweeties have been through quite a bit. Their mom died unexpectedly which left them in a dangerous situation. Thankfully, they were lucky enough to find someone to care for them until they found their way to us.

We're still learning their personalities and they don't have names yet... Ideas welcome. They are all boys! 🥰

Kindred Spirits Rescue is a friend to all cats! We make sure to include community cats in our mission too. The term community cat refers to cats that are unowned and roaming freely. These cats range from tame to very fearful of people.

We had an opportunity to help a Little Falls community cat today and are honored to have worked with many incredible people within our network.

This community cat is lucky enough to know a kind and compassionate human that provides him with shelter, food, and water. They noticed he had a large wound on his head that needed medical attention. After contacting us, we created a plan for this handsome guy. Fred Tabatt graciously offered his help with setting a live trap so we could safely contain this fellow. Once captured, we whisked him away to Living Waters Veterinary Clinic to meet Dr. Dawson. This handsome cat was handled with expert care and safely sedated so his wounds could receive care and his knotted hair could be trimmed. He was neutered, given antibiotics, pain medication, given vaccinations, dewormed, and had his ears cleaned. Next, we brought him to a foster home to be monitored until he can be released back to the home he is familiar with.

This cat is just as deserving of medical care as any other. We want to help these cats that often have no safety net when they struggle.

Boxie was only a few days old when he arrived. Thanks to donations for milk replacer, we were able to focus on taking care of him while he grew without worrying about how we'd fund his food. He's old enough to be eating solid foods now and even has a friend that's been teaching him how to climb. Don't worry; they are supervised and can easily walk around this fence, they think climbing is just more fun! 😹

One frigid February day we heard about a kitten fending for himself outside. He was underweight, ill, and had nowhere to go. Thankfully, a kind stranger helped him find his way to us.

A few days later, we heard from another kind stranger in the same area that a second kitten was found outdoors. Once we met the 2nd kitten, it was quite obvious that these two were likely siblings that found themselves in an unlucky and dangerous situation.

For a while, we didn't know what illness they were fighting. Finally, we found an answer. Feline infectious peritonitis (FIP). FIP is dangerous and can cause death. Without help from humans, Phillip and Rose's story would've tragically ended. Even with our help, we weren't sure what their outcome would be. Still, we loved them and gave them everything we could to help them thrive.

And thrive they did! 🥳 Phillip and Rose are now beautiful kittens growing steadily. They're ready to find loving homes. They do not need to go to the same house, though they sure wouldn't mind staying together. Phillip is permanently blind in his right eye. His blindness was caused by an untreated eye infection as a young kitten. He doesn't know any different and it doesn't seem to impact his day-to-day life.

Please reach out to find out more information if you're interested in giving them a loving home. We owe a huge thanks to our supporters for helping to make this treatment possible. Without all of you, we would not have been able to help Phillip and Rose. ❤️

Update: ADOPTED! 🥰

Marley has a heart as golden as his beautiful coat. He is full of love and so ready for a home. He wants nothing more than his very own person. PLEASE help us find his people by sharing this post!

**Marley's adoption fee is temporarily waived, meaning there is no cost to adopt him. We just want him to find a loving home. He's become quite sad that he doesn't have his own family. 😿**

Marley seems to get along well with dogs, cats, and pretty much anything else! He's a laid-back, relaxed boy once he is settled in. He lived outdoors before he came to us which resulted in very tangled hair and a wound on his side. His hair was shaved short because of this but is growing back.

Marley is approximately one year old, neutered, vaccinated, FeLV/FIV negative, microchipped, and has been dewormed.

We could really use some help!

Auggie and Marley need homes. We know their people are out there, we just need some help finding them.

Auggie is a bright and active boy. He makes an excellent friend and is always ready to play or cuddle. He's about 8 months old. He has lived around dogs and other cats and done well.

Marley is one of the most loving boys we've ever had the pleasure of taking care of. He starts purring when he hears humans and has so much love to give. He's an easygoing boy that is laid back even during stressful events. He's a very good boy. He appears to be around one year of age. Marley had a haircut because of tangled hair; it has already been growing back. He will require regular brushing to prevent more tangles.

Both are neutered, microchipped, and up to date on vaccines. All they need now is a family. ❤️

Phillip had a big day today!

Phillip came to us in February after being found outdoors. He was alone, underweight, and fighting serious infection. His eye wouldn't heal despite many visits with vets and multiple medications. We wanted to make sure he would be okay.

He is completely blind in his right eye. The eye doctor said this is a result of his eye rupturing at a young age. It formed a scar over the area. The eye isn't causing him any pain, so the good news is, he doesn't need any more medications or surgery. 👏

He was a very good boy and we made sure he got to eat some Churu for his hard work. We are so thankful we could take him to see an eye specialist to make sure he's receiving the best care possible.

Phillip and his sister Rose will be available for adoption shortly. Anyone interested in adopting one or both of them is welcome to meet them. Message us to find out more information!

Beatriz would like to say hello and introduce herself to you! Beatriz is a beautiful 3-week kitty who came with her siblings and her mom to Kindred Spirits Rescue after she was born. Beatriz has found her feet and is excitedly roaming her way around her kennel and discovering her world. Tonight she was sitting and studying her foster mom, almost as if she was asking for her photo to be taken and shared with all of you!!!

We don't know who the dad is, but we do know that Beatriz's mom is a long-haired gorgeous brown tabby with golden highlights. It appears that Beatriz and her two siblings will have medium to long hair.

More info and pictures of Beatriz and her siblings will be coming in the near future!!!💞
