Arizona Saddle Club We are a non-profit family oriented riding group that holds monthly gymkhanas. If you are looking for good family fun please come out and join us.

The Arizona Saddle Club is a non-profit family oriented
riding group that holds monthly gymkhanas, as well as, one statewide show every year and rides in parades. Club
members also participate in other statewide shows. Originally founded in 1975 with only 8 members, the ASC
has grown to well over 80 members in 2013. Every member in good standing accumulates points for our year end awards where

there are prizes and a banquet. Our age groups are 7 and under, 8 thru 10, 11 thru 14, 15 thru 24 and 25 & Over.The younger cowboys and cowgirls can be lead lined if needed. We also have a youth group which raises money
throughout the year for an end of the year party. ASC has a benefit event at every show and the proceeds
go to a charity that is chosen and voted on by the club. If you are looking for good family fun please come out and join us!

Wanted to send out a huge thank you to everyone who joined us for open arena night last night.

Also, thank you so much to everyone for understanding the difficulties with the show yesterday and needing to postpone.

EMERGENCY ANNOUNCEMENT!!
Today’s show is postponed/cancelled due to equipment issues!

In order to run a proficient show that keeps everyone safe and happy, we are postponing today’s show with the hopes to add another date in September/October or double points for one of our September shows.

We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause, but please know that we do not make this decision lightly and hope that you all understand!

The show may be cancelled, but we are having an open arena from 5-7:30PM in the covered arena for $10 for the whole time!
We hope to still see you all tonight and then on September 7th for our show!

Please help spread the word for anyone you think may have been planning on coming!ee

Happy Friday everyone!

We are so excited to have you all out tomorrow at Wagon Wheel Productions , formally Dunn’s Arena!
They have graciously offered us the covered arena so that we can stay out of the heat! Yay! 

Reminders:
-Books open at 4pm and close at 5pm, Jackpots start at 5pm, all age groups patterns to follow! Please come early, help during, and stay late so that we can have a successful show!
-Burger meals will be ready around 6-6:30pm, so make sure you come hungry!
-These points are going towards 2024, but all is welcome to attend anyways.  2025 points will start in October. Points for 2024 are current on our website.

We will have the remainder of our shirts, hats, and water bottles for sale as well, at very discounted prices, so that we can clear our inventory!

Below is our entry form, we will have Venmo available at the announcers booth during sign up, as well as accepting cash and check.

Please keep sharing and inviting, as the more people that come to watch, help and participate the more successful our little club is!

Hello, and happy August!

Things have been in a bit of a hiatus around here, but we are excited to announce that we are ready to get rolling!

We are partnering with Wagon Wheel Productions at Dunn’s Arena to keep this club rocking and rolling!

Our goal is to get in two shows a month for some time, in order to finish out points for 2024 and start points for 2025! More information on that to come!

Dates:
August 23rd
September 7th and 27th
October 11th and 26th
November 8th and 16th
December 13th and 21st
*August, September and October = night shows
*November and December = day shows

All shows will be held in the outdoor arena!

Now, here comes the biggest part from you all! We need to grow, our show attendance needs to grow, and our volunteer participation needs to grow! As many of you know, I run these shows top to bottom on my own and in order to do so smoothly and without hiccups I need your help!
A few ways you can all help:
-share our page
-share our event posts (once I have them up) on your personal pages and other FB pages
-invite friends and family to participate or just come watch
-volunteer at the shows (before, during and after)

I know many of you have emailed and Facebook messaged us over the past few months and I apologize. I was not able to get back to you as we were trying to determine what to do and how to make everything work. If this post or our coming eveny posts does not answer your questions, please feel free to reach out to us!

May show is postponed/cancelled and being rescheduled in June with double points for members!

Our April show is just a few days away and we can’t wait to have you join us!!

Books open at 8am, Jackpots at 9am and gymkhana patterns to follow!

Please be sure to come prepared with water and shade, as well as your jump in and volunteer at the gate and to switch out patterns. We have had the same few families volunteering and would need to see more participation!
