The Arizona Saddle Club is a non-profit family oriented
riding group that holds monthly gymkhanas, as well as, one statewide show every year and rides in parades. Club
members also participate in other statewide shows. Originally founded in 1975 with only 8 members, the ASC
has grown to well over 80 members in 2013. Every member in good standing accumulates points for our year end awards where

there are prizes and a banquet. Our age groups are 7 and under, 8 thru 10, 11 thru 14, 15 thru 24 and 25 & Over.The younger cowboys and cowgirls can be lead lined if needed. We also have a youth group which raises money
throughout the year for an end of the year party. ASC has a benefit event at every show and the proceeds
go to a charity that is chosen and voted on by the club. If you are looking for good family fun please come out and join us!

Come one, come all! Let’s kick it off and wish for fall!

Update: The club was formed in 1975 🤷‍♀️ so we are celebrating 51 years! Whoops lol nonetheless, a great long running club because of a community like you and we cannot wait to celebrate with you all!

Good morning and happy Tuesday ASC!

So sorry for the delayed details but I was waiting for a few confirmation before being able to get this out to you!

Due to the heat, we are going to postpone our August show and double points, for members, in September!

Our September show will be a celebration of the clubs 70th anniversary and we are scheduled for Saturday, September 19 in the evening!

More details to come on what patterns we will be running, but as of right now we will run our normal jackpot barrels and poles, our 4 gymkhana patterns, and I am looking to add an alumni class for anyone who used to be a part of our club and no longer is!

In order to make this a special celebration, we have a few people coming on to make special prizes for us, we are also looking for someone to potentially donate a bounce house for the kids to play on, etc!

Wow! Wow! Wow!

What an amazing turn out for our May show!

Did it get warm quickly? Yes!

Did we have a blast? Absolutely!

Thank you so much to everyone who rode, everyone who volunteered, and everyone who came to watch and support!

Our next show will be a night show in mid August on a Saturday so let’s get ready to have some night fun!
Following that, we will celebrate to clubs anniversary in September and continue through December!

Happy Thankful Thursday everyone!

We are so glad to have you all supporting this small little club of ours! With your support we are able to continue offering a place for all level and age of riders to enjoy time on their horses!

Our next show is this Sunday, May 31st at Dunn’s in the covered arena! Books open at 8AM and jackpots start promptly at 9AM, entries for age group patterns will be taken until the end! Order patterns are below and images of the patterns can be found on our website!

Burger grill will be up and running for lunch by 11AM!

As always please share and invite any and all friends and family to come participate or simply just watch!

Gymkana Saddle Series 2026 is here! 🐎🎉

We’re excited to share our spring Gymkana dates:
Feb 15
March 22
April 26
May 31
All spring events start at 12 PM, with books opening at 11 AM.

We’ll be taking a break during the summer months (June–August) because of the desert heat, but we’ll be back in September, so keep an eye out for those dates!

Ribbons will be awarded to 1st–5th place in each age group. Trophies will go to the high point winner and reserve champion for each age group.

The overall High Point winner of the series in each age group will receive a Saddle, with many more awards across all age groups!

We’re so excited for another year of racing with great people and great horses. Please share this post as we’d love to see our Saddle Club community continue to grow!
