On behalf of the members of The Lake Champlain Appaloosa Club, and myself personally, We would like to express our heartfelt condolences to The Capizanno Family, Jeff, Shea, and their loved ones.
There are no words to properly write how this has touched SO MANY.
I, like thousands of others, have watched this little family grow, as they invited us in to not only the horse world, but the private, cherished, at home moments that we loved to view. Cooper was 3 ft of ALL boy, and was the center of Dirt Road Farm, and he well knew it. We saw his sweetness, his love of animals, and his love if his family.
At our 1 day show in September, we would like to show our support for the Capizanno family by collecting donations for Shea & Jeff to help financially. All proceeds will be sent directly to them following the show.
We also would like to observe a moment of silence before our leadline class, in his honor.
There is no greater loss. Let us surround them with our support at this time.
