Biggest loser challenge- review of the week and ideas

It's Wednesday Weigh-in time!
We're still sitting a little bit at a plateau, which is common. In next Monday's video we will discuss getting past that plateau. But, our contestants are all steadily losing weight. The biggest thing that the owners are noticing is the dog's increase in energy. That's pretty huge and also a great incentive to continue moving forward! I hope you're seeing that same success at home. It's nice when you can see tangible differences. These are pictures of the dogs from above at the start of the challenge on the left and a little over the halfway point on the right. You can see the difference in body score already.
Remember, even though the challenge runs for 12 weeks, we expect the weight loss to go beyond that timeframe. Most of the goal weights are not a healthy, tangible number to attain in three months. But, the biggest thing is creating healthy habits that go beyond reaching the goal weight and maintaining a healthy weight. Keep following along for more ideas in the upcoming weeks!

Tinkerbell- starting weight 25.5 pounds. Current weight to 23.28 pounds.

Jake- starting weight 87.5 pounds. Current weight 82.5 pounds. He was down a little bit more but our dear Jake ate a stick of butter a few days ago, paper and all!
