Micah's Meadow A family owned horse farm established in memory of Micah Christopher Ivey 2/23/89-1/7/14. In honoring his wishes he became an organ donor on January 8th.

On January 5th 2014 my amazing funny talented son Micah Christopher Ivey suffered a traumatic brain injury. There are not enough words in the English language to describe my wild impetus child or the pain of losing him at 24yrs of age. Micah was the most naturally athletic and talented skier and coach that you will ever meet. His gift and capacity for caring for others both two legged and 4 was u

nsurpassed. His kindness and generosity lead his to think of others first always and even in death he gave life and sight to so many other people that I someday hope to meet.

Another beautiful day at Micah’s Meadow! The girls spent the morning getting the horses tuned up for summer fun! As for me… I got out to the arena before them. I spent the morning in “Delores” dragging the arena and picking rocks! Lol!

Okay ya’ll! I’m going to warn you right now! You better get you affairs in order! And be getting yourself right with Jesus! Because I just experienced on of the lesser known signs of the Apocalypse!!!Ladybird took her dewormer without any fuss!!! No drama or theatrics! And I’m hardly wearing any of it!!!
