We’re excited to announce that we’ve added multiple Jirpet drying cabins to our salon! 🐾
We are always looking for ways to make grooming safer, calmer, and more comfortable for every dog in our care, and these cabins have been an amazing addition. The newest drying technology provides a gentler, more even drying experience while helping reduce stress and drying time for pets.
I do not bring new equipment into my business lightly.
If you have been in grooming long enough, you know enclosed drying systems have existed for decades and they were not always built with the safety standards they should have had. That history mattered to me. I spent a lot of time researching before and deciding if this was right for my clients.
What changed my mind were the safeguards.
Dual temperature sensors monitor the air 20 times per second. If there is even a small temperature discrepancy, the system shuts down. The sensors report to dual chips that must confirm data simultaneously. There are dual relays. The unit maintains a 600 L per minute air exchange rate to prevent oxygen depletion. The airflow is controlled and even rather than forceful. It also incorporates red light therapy, which can support circulation and tissue recovery, especially in senior dogs.
That level of engineering matters.
I have senior dogs who can no longer tolerate high velocity dryer noise. I have anxious dogs whose nervous systems go straight into fight or flight from sound and pressure alone. Recently, I had a client who normally needs their bath and haircut separated because drying is simply too much. With this system, we completed a normal session calmly and safely. The pups whole vibe the day of was better too!
If my mission is to change how pets feel about going to the groomer, then I have to invest in tools that support that promise.
This is not about convenience for me. It is about comfort for them.
This feels like a thoughtful step forward for my salon and for how we approach safety in grooming. This isn’t for every furclient , but for the ones that need grooming to be a little quieter , this one is for you 💗
