Pickens County Humane Society Welcome to Pickens County Humane Society. We are a NO-KILL, non-profit organization. We are NOT County provided or funded.

Here, we house, care for & find adoptive homes for 700-1,000 animals each year. Our mission is to help as many animals as possible. PLEASE VIEW OUR WEBSITE FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION.

Passport to Pickens is designed to:
✅ Support 32 local Chamber businesses who are participating!
✅ Explore Pickens' hidden gems.
✅ Win a special Pickens, SC Prize.
To participate, pick up a passport from the Chamber or any participating business on April 25th, collect at least 15 stamps to earn 1 entry, and submit it to the Chamber by June 30th. Fully stamped passports receive 5 bonus entries.

Nugget is a cheerful, playful, and sociable young boy who thrives on attention from everyone around him. While he has plenty of puppy energy, he is also very loving and affectionate. Nugget delights in playing with toys and enjoys the company of a canine friend! He is leash trained and currently learning basic commands. This smart boy is eager to find his forever family to embark on adventures together.
