It’s almost June!

We’re sticking our toes into summer and anticipating abundance! Ive gotten a handful of beans from bushed about to explode, and my youngest declared the bitty thinned radishes as a perfect garden snack.

I diced up the first few zucchini into steak and potato skillets, and sliced one of the silver slicer cucumbers for a ranch dressing delivery scooper- the rest I shared with friends and neighbors who all declared them perfect. I’ve plucked patio yellow tomatoes pool side and have had mint in my tea.

We are truly blessed.

A little evening adventure in the garden! Smashed two squash bugs that were fraternizing on the butternut squash and administered the same love on a cluster of their eggs they left on the blue hubbard squash. I accidentally popped off two Hungarian wax peppers, so they might go into some scrambled eggs tomorrow morning

❤️ there’s a zucchini that should be ready tomorrow, and inside a week we’ll have handfuls of beans, squash, and cucumbers!

This weather has made itself a gnarly little headache with the pressure changes.
