Summer is one of the busiest times of year for animal shelters, and right now, Lexington Humane Society is counting on our community to help us reach an incredible milestone: 4,000 adoptions by the end of June.

Whether you're looking for a playful puppy, an adventurous dog, a cuddly kitten, a laid-back cat, or even a bouncing bunny, the newest member of your family could be waiting for you right now. Our adoptable pets are located across our Malcomb Campus, EAC, and loving foster homes—all hoping their next landing place is a home of their very own.

Every adoption creates space for another animal in need and helps us move one step closer to our goal. Visit us at either of our adoption locations:

📍 Everyday Adoption Center at PetSmart (Hamburg)

Open today: 11 AM–8 PM

🐶 Can't make it in before work? Join us for Yappy Hour from 5–7 PM today at BOTH adoption centers! During Yappy Hour, all dogs 10 months and older will have adoption fees of just $10.
