Update on Ginger. Confirmed she is abandoned by her owner. She needs a forever home ASAP!! 5 years old and spayed. Doesn’t do well with other animals or small children. She is crate trained and potty trained. I am working with the Warren County Humane Association to find her a special rescue group. If anybody is interested in adopting Ginger,

If you're planning on some summer fun with your pets this weekend, we just want to remind you to be aware of the pavement temperatures! We know walks are a great form of exercise for our pups and for us, but walking on hot pavement can be very harmful to your dog's paws. As the summer heat intensifies, we recommend that all dog parents take a second to check the pavement before taking your furry friends outside! Happy summer everyone! ❤️☀️🐾

We have had many animals in the past week come in with ticks attached and we wanted to remind our clients about protecting their pets.

Ticks are a parasite that can pass diseases such as Lyme, Ehrlichia, & Anaplasmosis. These diseases most commonly seen in canines. Ticks are most active during spring, summer and early fall but there is a chance of exposure year round. They are most commonly found feeding on wildlife but are becoming more common on our domesticated friends that do go outside, even for short stents.

The most important thing you can do for your pet is keeping them on flea/tick prevention year round. All while keeping grass trimmed short, trimming shrubs and clearing brush/debris.

Our clients use us to drop off or pick up at the vet or groomer while they're busy at work during the day. That way, the pet parent has one less errand to run before they settle in at home with their fur babes at the end of a busy day!
We also do special pick ups and drop offs for the dogs boarding with us. Just ask this beautiful boy ... his mom's flight was arriving later in the evening so she had us drop him off at home late afternoon. We fed him dinner, gave him a potty break and then settled him in all comfy and cozy until his mom arrived home later that evening.
